Preacher Curl Attachment with bar holder fits the Ironmaster machine benches or the Super Bench. Change the angle of the pad by using the selector pin and/or adjusting the bench. It will handle a cable curl bar or free bar. Also works great with dumbbells. Either way, this will help to isolate and blast the biceps!
